Description
The LW16 Vertical Lifting Wedge delivers powerful and controlled lifting performance in confined spaces where standard lifting tools cannot fit. Designed to lift loads up to 16 tons, it requires only a 0.39-inch insertion gap and provides a smooth, stable lift up to 2.02 inches, or 2.72 inches when used with the included SB2 stepped safety block. The single-acting, spring-return hydraulic cylinder ensures consistent retraction and easy operation. Built for precision and safety, the LW16 expands gaps without slipping and is ideal for machinery alignment, heavy equipment maintenance, and industrial lifting tasks. The stepped block adds additional height and secure load support, while optional accessories like the LWB1 provide more lifting versatility. To operate the LW16, a compatible hydraulic pump is required, such as the Enerpac P392 hand pump or P392FP foot pump. For a fully self-contained solution, the LWC16 model includes an integrated hand pump.
